What is included in the price?

Waffle cones or cups and wooden spoons are included in the price, as well as the loan of spatulas for serving. Prices include VAT.

About the ice cream display freezer

The ice cream display freezer must be placed on a table or similar surface and only requires access to a standard power outlet to keep the freezer cold. The unit measures 92 x 50 x 62 cm (W x D x H).

Delivery

As a general rule, the display freezer must be collected from the store at Göteborg Plads 13 in Nordhavn. It fits in a regular passenger car. Two people are normally needed to carry it out, but we are happy to help, so only one person needs to come.

When should the display freezer be collected/returned?

The display freezer must normally be collected on the reservation date and returned the following day before 12:00 noon. However, if it is not needed the next day, we can arrange a later return time.

Payment

The full amount will be charged when the reservation is confirmed. Fifty percent of the payment will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled no later than 14 days before the reservation date.

Defects and deficiencies

Isoteket ApS is responsible for ensuring that the products supplied are in good condition and of satisfactory quality at the time of handover to the renter. Upon receiving the products, and no later than before they are put into use, the renter must notify us of any defects or deficiencies. Otherwise, the rented equipment will be considered to have been received by the renter in good condition, and from that point onward the renter assumes responsibility for the rented equipment.

Condition upon receipt and return

The display freezer must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. If it is not returned in the same condition, Isoteket may charge a repair fee.
